Formatting requirements for conference proceedings
General
Materials are prepared for the proceedings of the International Conference «Electromagnetic Field and Materials (Fundamental Physical Research)». Use the official Word template from this page. Submit the full text in Word and figures in a ZIP archive. Papers that do not follow the template are not accepted.
Text and layout
Times New Roman, 14 pt, single spacing. Margins 2 cm. Page numbers centered at the bottom. No hyphenation. First line indent 1 cm; justified text (title, authors and section headings centered). Top line: UDC (italic). Title in CAPS bold; © year; authors in bold; full affiliations with city and country; corresponding author marked with *; *e-mail. Abstract (5–6 lines, no abbreviations, formulas or citations), keywords (≤10, nominative). Funding in Russian and English. English preamble: PAPER TITLE IN ENGLISH, authors, affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Funding. Section ВВЕДЕНИЕ. Recommended length up to 6 pages including references and figure captions.
Figures, tables and formulas
Figures on separate pages (or in a ZIP: gif, tiff, jpg, eps). Built-in Word equation editor (not MathType). Quantity symbols in italic; functions upright. Formula numbers (1) on the right; citations [1]. Tables on separate pages. References under heading «СПИСОК ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ / REFERENCES».
Files to upload on the website
1) Article text (Word, without embedded figures). 2) ZIP archive of figures. 3) Author metadata file as required by the committee. By submitting, authors grant the right to publish in the conference proceedings and confirm the material has not been published elsewhere without proper citation.
